DVA Advocacy

The Melton RSL Sub-Branch proudly supports Veterans and Families at any stage of their DVA Journey, with an in-house ATDP Level 1 Advocate.

camaraderie

We provide camaraderie and social outreach opportunities for Veterans looking for purpose.

Our Monthly BBQ on the last Saturday of the month at the Willows, Melton is just the start!

We promote the needs of Melton’s Veteran’s through engagement with Local, State and Federal Government members.

Mr. Steve Cook

President

Steve (“Cookie”) has been serving as the President of Melton RSL Sub-Branch for 3 years and is dedicated to supporting veterans and their families.

Secretary

Andrew brings his Navy experience to his role as Secretary and is committed to providing support to the veteran community.

Senior Vice President

Russel manages the external affairs of Melton RSL Sub-Branch.

Mr. Andrew Dobson

Vice President & Military Liaison

As the Vice President of Melton RSL Sub-Branch, Andrew is responsible for coordinating communication and organisational tasks to support the team’s efforts.

Mrs. Nora Montgomery

Treasurer

Nora is a dedicated affiliate member, who has generously taken on the responsibilities of Treasurer for the Melton RSL Sub-Branch.

Membership Officer

Dale, a former sailor now leads the Melton RSL Membership team, ensuring a smooth transition for new members.

Memorials Officer & Wellbeing Support Officer

Eric, a dedicated committee member handles matters relating to internal memorials.

Appeals Officer

Raleigh ensures Appeals such as the ANZAC Appeal and Poppy Appeal are executed according to relevant trading laws.

Sam, a young Veteran has recently joined the committee, bringing his wealth of knowledge as a former Signaller, to support our IT and Social Media infrastructure.

“Reg” brings a wealth of knowledge to the Sub-Branch with over a decade of experience in Special Operations. Reg, is currently serving as the Assistant to the Executive.
