ANZAC Day 2026 – Melton RSL Sub-Branch Community Commemorations
The Melton RSL Sub-Branch warmly invites all members of the community to join us in commemorating ANZAC Day 2026 through a series of traditional services and activities held throughout the morning. These events provide an opportunity for reflection, remembrance, and community spirit as we honour the service and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.

Service Commences: 6:00 AM
Community members are invited to gather from 5:30 AM in preparation for the Dawn Service, which will begin promptly at 6:00 AM.
The Dawn Service will follow a traditional ANZAC format and will include:

Members of Parliament and local Councillors will be invited to lay wreaths during the service. In keeping with a resolution of the Melton RSL Sub-Branch Committee, invited MPs and Councillors will not be speaking at the Dawn Service. The focus of this service remains on quiet reflection and remembrance.
